V Series Cartridge Kit is the core internal replacement assembly for V10 and V20 Hydraulic Vane pump, serving as critical wearable components of the whole hydraulic pump. It is widely applied to restore pump performance for industrial hydraulic system and various hydraulic‑driven Machine.
This integrated cartridge assembly consists of rotor, vanes, cam ring, side plates and matching sealing elements. Thanks to the modular cartridge‑in‑housing structure, field maintenance can be completed without removing the pump body from the Machine. Working Principle
As the core pumping unit of Hydraulic Vane pump, V Series Cartridge Kit completes oil suction and pressure delivery inside the hydraulic pump. Driven by the main shaft, rotor and vanes rotate inside the cam ring. Centrifugal force pushes vanes tightly against the inner surface of cam ring. Periodic volume change between vanes generates negative pressure for oil suction and positive pressure for oil delivery to supply the whole hydraulic system. The balanced‑vane structure offsets radial hydraulic load, maintaining high volumetric efficiency under continuous operation of the Machine.
When vanes, cam ring or side plates inside the cartridge suffer wear, the hydraulic pump will suffer internal leakage, pressure drop, abnormal noise and insufficient flow. Installing a new V Series Cartridge Kit can quickly restore full working performance of your hydraulic system.
