Product Overview

JTF Series Hydraulic Return Filter is a high‑performance return‑line FILTER, which is a vital protection component for industrial hydraulic system. It is installed on the oil return pipeline to capture solid contaminants generated during operation, preventing impurities from re‑entering the oil tank and damaging hydraulic parts inside the Machine.

This return‑line FILTER cleans the returning hydraulic oil before it flows back into the oil reservoir. It removes metal chips, dust and wear particles produced by the working Machine, keeps oil clean, and extends the service life of pumps, valves and other core components of the hydraulic system. Working Principle

As a key return‑line FILTER of the hydraulic system, dirty hydraulic oil flows through the filter element when returning to the oil tank. Solid impurities are trapped by the filter element, and purified oil returns to the reservoir. This avoids circulating contaminants inside the hydraulic system, which would cause abrasion, leakage or failure of the Machine.

When the filter element becomes clogged, flow resistance rises. Timely replacement of the filter element maintains smooth oil circulation of the hydraulic system, and prevents abnormal operation of the Machine.
