Product Overview
JTM Series Hydraulic High‑Pressure Filter is an inline high-pressure FILTER, a critical safety and precision protection component for industrial hydraulic system. It is installed directly on the pressure pipeline after the hydraulic pump, to capture fine solid contaminants and protect high-precision hydraulic parts of the Machine.
This high-pressure FILTER features a thick pressure-resistant housing, suitable for high working pressure conditions. It removes metal wear particles, rubber debris and hard particulate impurities in pressure oil, maintaining high cleanliness of hydraulic fluid. It effectively prevents scratches and abrasion on proportional valves, servo valves, cylinders and other core components inside the hydraulic system, greatly extending service life and reducing breakdown risk of the whole Machine.

Working Principle
As a high-pressure inline FILTER for the hydraulic system, pressurized hydraulic oil flows into the filter housing. Fine solid pollutants are trapped by high-performance filter media, and purified high-pressure oil flows onward to actuators of the Machine. It stops hard particles from scuffing the sealing surfaces and precision gaps inside valves and pumps of the hydraulic system.
When contaminants accumulate on the filter element, differential pressure rises. The clogging indicator sends out alarm signals to remind operators to replace the filter element in time. Optional bypass valve opens when the element is severely blocked, avoiding sudden oil cutoff and emergency shutdown of the Machine, ensuring continuous operation of the hydraulic system.
