It adopts high-quality 3528 SMD LED with a precision-printed light guide plate and optimized optical films, delivering bright, uniform and stable illumination for the LCD panel. With typical brightness of 450-500 nits (dimming to 10 nits) and color of 3000K-6500K selectable, screen content stays sharp and comfortable to read in real working environments. The module has a rated service life of 30,000 hours and every unit is tested before shipment. Each home appliance backlight is produced on automated SMT and assembly lines with AOI inspection, 100% lighting test and aging sampling. We control LED binning, light guide printing and film lamination in-house, which keeps color and brightness consistent across large appliance program volumes while holding competitive cost levels.
