Product Overview
JMM Series Hydraulic High‑Pressure Filter is a heavy-duty inline high-pressure FILTER, a critical precision protection component for industrial hydraulic system. Installed directly on the high-pressure pipeline between hydraulic pump and control valves, it captures ultra-fine solid contaminants and safeguards high-precision hydraulic components of the Machine.
This high-pressure FILTER adopts thick forged steel housing to withstand extreme high pressure and pressure surges. It effectively intercepts metal wear debris, rubber fragments and fine particulate impurities in pressurized hydraulic oil, maintaining high fluid cleanliness. It prevents scratches and abrasive damage to proportional valves, servo valves, hydraulic cylinders and other core components in the hydraulic system, extending service life and lowering breakdown risk of the whole Machine.

Working Principle
As a heavy-duty high-pressure inline FILTER for the hydraulic system, pressurized hydraulic oil flows into the filter housing. Tiny solid contaminants are trapped by high-performance micro-glass filter media, and purified high-pressure oil continues to be delivered to actuators of the Machine. It stops hard particles from scuffing precision matching surfaces of valves and pumps within the hydraulic system.
When the filter element accumulates contaminants, differential pressure rises. The clogging indicator triggers an alarm signal to remind operators to replace the filter element timely. If the filter element is heavily blocked, the optional bypass valve opens to prevent oil supply interruption and unexpected shutdown of the Machine, ensuring continuous running of the hydraulic system.
