Product Overview
MBRV Modular Pressure Reducing Valve is a sandwich modular Hydraulic valve, serving as pressure regulation component for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. This Hydraulic valve adopts ISO4401 standard stacked installation design. It reduces high inlet pressure to a stable preset lower outlet pressure independently, supplying constant low pressure for control circuits inside the hydraulic system. It can be stacked directly on the valve manifold together with other modular valves, eliminating extra pipeline connections and simplifying the valve assembly of the Machine.
Users can adjust the output pressure via the top adjustment knob. Even if the inlet pressure of the hydraulic system fluctuates, the MBRV Hydraulic valve maintains steady secondary pressure to protect low-pressure actuators and control components from overpressure damage.

Working Principle
When the Machine is in operation, high-pressure hydraulic oil from the main hydraulic system enters this Hydraulic valve. The internal spool and spring work together to throttle the high-pressure oil and lower it to the preset pressure value. If outlet pressure rises above the set value, the spool moves automatically to increase throttling area and reduce outlet pressure. If outlet pressure drops, the spring pushes the spool to decrease throttling and raise pressure. In this way, this Hydraulic valve keeps the branch circuit pressure stable, providing reliable low-pressure oil for pilot control circuits of the Machine.
