Custom Mining Undercarriage

Origin Machinery is a high-tech manufacturer focused on the R&D, production, and distribution of track chassis systems. The production base spans 350 acres and integrates three dedicated plants for forging, track, and wheel-train production, enabling development and manufacturing of the complete set of undercarriage across a full pitch range of 90mm–592mm, with an annual capacity of 100,000 sets.

Each track chassis is built around transmission components sourced from well-known industry brands, delivering stable traction, reliable braking, fast response, and strong performance in extreme working conditions. The frame uses integral post-welding processing for high assembly accuracy, a long service life, and dependable reliability. Matched with track rollers, idlers, sprockets, and track chain, the undercarriage operates as a coordinated system. To date, more than 20 variants of complete chassis have been developed for a wide range of tracked construction machinery.
