Product Overview

QYL Series Return Filter is a high-performance FILTER installed on the top of hydraulic oil tank. It serves for oil purification in the hydraulic system. This FILTER removes solid contaminants in return oil before the oil flows back into the tank. It effectively guards hydraulic components and reduces wear, widely equipped on construction Machine, mining Machine and other industrial hydraulic equipment.

Working Principle

Polluted hydraulic oil returns from the circuit and flows through this FILTER. The filter element intercepts solid particles and impurities. When the FILTER is blocked and pressure rises, the built-in bypass valve will open automatically. It ensures the hydraulic system keeps running normally and avoids unexpected shutdown of the Machine.
