Product Overview

RLF Return Line Filter is a high-performance FILTER installed on the top of hydraulic oil tank, specially used to filter return oil in the hydraulic system. This FILTER intercepts solid particles and wear debris in return hydraulic oil before oil flows back into the tank. It protects precision hydraulic components and guarantees stable operation of the Machine. Widely applied to construction Machine, mining equipment, hydraulic power packs and other industrial equipment.

Working Principle

Dirty oil from the hydraulic circuit passes through this FILTER before entering the tank. The filter element captures solid impurities. When the FILTER is blocked and pressure rises, the built-in bypass valve opens automatically to keep the hydraulic system circulating normally and prevent unexpected shutdown of the Machine.
