SRFA Duplex Tank Mounted MINI-Type Return Filter
Product Overview
SRFA Duplex Tank Mounted MINI-Type Return Filter is a compact dual-station FILTER installed on the hydraulic oil tank. It is designed to purify return oil inside the hydraulic system. This FILTER can realize uninterrupted oil filtration during element replacement, avoiding shutdown of the Machine. As a key component of the hydraulic system, it traps solid contaminants and wear debris to protect precision hydraulic parts, widely used on small and medium-sized engineering Machine and industrial hydraulic equipment.
Technical Specifications
- Rated flow: 10 ~ 100 L/min
- Max working pressure: 1.6 MPa
- Filtration accuracy: 3μm,5μm,10μm,20μm,30μm optional
- Bypass valve opening pressure: 0.35 MPa
- Working medium: mineral hydraulic oil, water-glycol
- Working temperature: -10℃ ~ +100℃
- Installation: tank top mounting, duplex switchable structure
Working Principle
Return oil from the hydraulic system flows into one chamber of this FILTER for impurity interception. When the filter element is clogged, users can switch to the standby filter chamber through the hand-operated valve. The blocked element can be replaced without stopping the Machine. If pressure exceeds the set value, the built-in bypass valve opens automatically to guarantee continuous operation of the hydraulic system.
Core Advantages
1. Duplex dual-element design, maintain continuous filtration of hydraulic system during maintenance.
2. Mini compact structure, tank-mounted installation, saves space on the Machine.
3. Built-in bypass valve prevents oil interruption when the FILTER is blocked.
4. Large dirt holding capacity, low pressure drop, stable filtration performance.
5. Convenient filter element replacement, reduce downtime and improve working efficiency of the Machine.
Application Range
This FILTER is suitable for various types of Machine, including small construction machinery, machine tools, injection molding machines and hydraulic power units. It keeps hydraulic oil clean and extends the service life of pumps, valves and actuators in the hydraulic system.
