HNDZ is a buzzer manufacturer that has been building acoustic components since 2013 — and this factory tour walks the entire line behind our 300+ buzzer models, from raw piezo ceramic discs and magnet wire to finished, 100% sound-tested parts. Current capacity: 12 million buzzers per month across piezo buzzers, electromagnetic (magnetic) buzzers, SMD buzzers, alarms and speakers. What the line looks like, step by step 1. Incoming material inspection (IQC) — piezo ceramic discs, magnet wire, magnets, housings, terminals and lead wires are checked against spec before they enter production. 2. Coil winding and core assembly (magnetic buzzers) — automatic winding with turn-count and DC resistance control, followed by core and reed assembly. 3. Piezo disc bonding and soldering (piezo buzzers) — ceramic disc mounting and electrode soldering onto the diaphragm, with resonant frequency verification. 4. Housing assembly and sealing — diaphragm, housing and terminal assembly, then adhesive potting to seal the sound chamber. 5. 100% sound pressure test — every finished buzzer is measured for sound pressure level at 10 cm and checked for frequency consistency; out-of-tolerance parts are pulled offline. 6. Appearance and functional screening — automated plus manual visual screening for cosmetic defects, with sampling tests on withstand voltage, insulation resistance and long-term operation.
