LUC LUCA LUCB Pushcart Filter is a mobile trolley‑type FILTER, widely used for oil purification and oil filling treatment for the hydraulic system of various industrial and construction Machine . This high‑performance FILTER separates solid particles, metal debris and dirt from hydraulic and lubricating oil. It effectively reduces component abrasion inside the hydraulic system, avoids valve blockage and pump wear, and extends the service life of core parts of the Machine. With rolling trolley design, the unit can be quickly transferred between workshop and job‑site for offline oil maintenance work.

Working Principle

Driven by the built‑in motor pump, contaminated oil is sucked into this pushcart FILTER. Fluid firstly passes through the coarse‑filter stage to trap large‑size impurities, then flows into fine‑filter cartridges for deep purification. Clean oil is pumped out to refill or circulate the hydraulic system of target Machine. Independent offline filtration can be carried out without disassembling the main body of the Machine. Continuous oil treatment stabilizes oil cleanliness and lowers failure risks for the whole hydraulic system.
