Product Overview

VP Series Vane Pump is a variable‑displacement Hydraulic Vane pump. As a key hydraulic pump, it supplies adjustable hydraulic flow for the hydraulic system of multiple industrial Machine. This hydraulic pump features compact body, low running noise and simple pressure‑flow regulation. It can automatically adjust displacement according to load changes of the Machine, optimizing energy consumption and keeping stable operation of the whole hydraulic system. Working Principle

The Hydraulic Vane pump converts mechanical rotation into hydraulic energy. Inside the VP series hydraulic pump, rotor and sliding vanes work together. The eccentricity between rotor and cam ring can be changed by internal spring‑valve assembly, so the displacement is adjusted automatically. Output flow varies following load requirement of the Machine. Pressurized hydraulic oil is delivered into the hydraulic system to drive cylinders and hydraulic motors. It reduces unnecessary oil output under light‑load condition and saves power.
