Product Overview

VUP Series Vane Pump is a compact variable‑displacement Hydraulic Vane pump. As a vital hydraulic pump, it delivers adjustable pressure and flow for the hydraulic system of light‑and‑medium‑duty industrial Machine. This hydraulic pump features small footprint, low noise, simple pressure regulation and excellent cost‑performance. It can automatically adjust displacement according to load changes of the Machine, saving energy while keeping stable operation of the whole hydraulic system. Working Principle

As a typical Hydraulic Vane pump, this hydraulic pump converts rotational mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. The rotor carries sliding vanes; the spring‑driven pressure‑regulating mechanism changes the eccentricity between rotor and cam ring, so displacement is dynamically adjusted.
