Product Overview

Solenoid Cartridge Valves are high‑efficiency Hydraulic valve. As an electrically‑actuated CARTRIDGE VALVE, it completes remote on‑off and direction switching for oil flow within the hydraulic system. It controls the start, stop and movement direction of actuators on the Machine. This insert‑in CARTRIDGE VALVE can be directly assembled into manifold blocks, cutting down piping connections, saving installation space and lowering leakage risks.

Working Principle

This Hydraulic valve combines electromagnetic drive with cartridge valve body. When energized, the solenoid pushes the internal spool or poppet inside the CARTRIDGE VALVE to shift position. It opens or closes oil passages and changes oil flow path of the hydraulic system.

By receiving electrical control signals, the valve remotely drives hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors on the Machine to perform different actions. De‑energized status resets the valve position through built‑in return spring. Thanks to the integrated cartridge structure, complicated external valve blocks and pipe connections are omitted, achieving fast response for automatic hydraulic loops.
