Hydraulic Ball Valves are a high‑strength Hydraulic valve designed for on‑off control of fluid flow within a hydraulic system. Relying on a spherical spool structure, the valve quickly opens or shuts off hydraulic oil flow. It provides reliable cut‑off protection for pipelines and actuators of each kind of Machine. Featuring compact structure, high‑pressure resistance and easy operation, it can be applied for new equipment assembly as well as spare‑part replacement.

Working Principle

As an important Hydraulic valve, internal ball core rotates 90 degrees through the operating handle. When the through‑hole of the ball aligns with the flow passage, hydraulic oil passes freely; after rotating to the closed position, the ball blocks the pipeline, cutting off fluid circulation of the hydraulic system. It can isolate pressure to protect actuators and pipeline components of the Machine during maintenance or emergency shutdown.
