Hydraulic Diverter Valves
Product Overview
Hydraulic Diverter Valves are a functional Hydraulic valve designed to split or redistribute oil flow inside a hydraulic system. This component separates a single incoming fluid stream into two or more output branches, enabling synchronized or independent movement of multiple actuators on the Machine. Built with robust cast‑body construction, the valve maintains stable flow distribution under working pressure. It supports new‑build assembly as well as spare‑part replacement for various hydraulic equipment.
Technical Specifications
- Working medium: Hydraulic oil
- Control mode: Manual / Hydraulic pilot operation
- Rated working pressure: Industrial high‑pressure range
- Flow range: Multiple displacement options
- Port connection: Thread or flange mounting
- Operating temperature: ‑20℃ ~ +80℃
- Flow distribution: Proportional or adjustable diversion
Working Principle
As a critical Hydraulic valve, it receives pressurized fluid delivered by the pump within the hydraulic system. Internal spool and orifice structures divide the incoming hydraulic flow into separate output circuits. By distributing oil volume proportionally, it drives cylinders and hydraulic motors to operate synchronously on the Machine. It can also switch flow paths to prioritize one working circuit over another according to operating requirements.
Key Advantages
1. Accurate flow diversion, keeps coordinated motion for multiple actuators of the Machine
2. Stable performance under fluctuating pressure inside the hydraulic system
3. Compact structural layout, convenient pipeline installation
4. Multiple diversion ratios and port configurations for flexible matching
5. Good wear resistance, low internal leakage, long service life, easy maintenance
Application Scope
This Hydraulic valve is widely fitted for engineering Machine, agricultural machinery, material‑handling equipment, hydraulic power packs, lifting machinery and special‑purpose industrial equipment. It realizes flow distribution and circuit switching inside the complete hydraulic system.
