Solenoid Valve Coils Hydraulic
Product Overview
Hydraulic solenoid valve coils are the electromagnetic driving component for hydraulic solenoid valves. The coil generates magnetic force after being energized to push the valve spool for position switching, so as to realize oil‑path change inside the hydraulic system. As a key accessory, it guarantees reliable action of the hydraulic valve on various Machine. Multiple voltage specifications, different mounting dimensions, high heat resistance and anti‑vibration performance, suitable for new assembly and damaged‑part replacement.

Working Principle
When power is supplied to the solenoid valve coil, electric energy converts into electromagnetic force. The magnetic force drives the armature to move, shifting the spool of the matching hydraulic valve. Oil passages open or close inside the hydraulic system, further controlling the extension, retraction, start and stop of actuators on the Machine. Stable coil output ensures fast and consistent valve response.
Key Advantages
1. High‑quality copper winding, stable magnetic output, low heating
2. Excellent vibration‑resistance, adapt to harsh working conditions of engineering Machine
3. High‑grade insulation material, long continuous working time
4. Complete voltage and size options, easy to match mainstream hydraulic valve bodies
5. Waterproof and dust‑proof structure, simple installation and quick replacement
Application Scope
Widely used for engineering Machine, injection molding machinery, hydraulic power units, agricultural machinery, metallurgical equipment and automated production lines. It serves as the electromagnetic driving part for the hydraulic valve within the whole hydraulic system.
