Product Overview
DV / DRV Series Tubular Inline Throttle Valve is a thread‑connected Hydraulic valve. DV is a bidirectional throttle valve; DRV is throttle‑check combined valve. It is directly installed on pipeline of the hydraulic system to adjust oil flow and control operating speed of hydraulic cylinders and actuators for the Machine. DV can throttle oil flow in both directions. For DRV, forward oil passes through adjustable throttle opening for speed regulation, while reverse oil flows freely via built‑in check‑valve without throttling resistance. Damaged, scratched or improperly calibrated Hydraulic valve will result in unstable actuator speed, jerky action, slow movement, and affect overall running performance of the Machine. Compact inline structure simplifies pipeline layout, suitable for new equipment assembly and field maintenance of hydraulic system.

Working Principle
Inside the hydraulic system, rotating the graduated adjustment knob changes the cross‑section area of throttle orifice. For DV type, oil flow is throttled in both directions to control actuator speed of the Machine. For DRV type: when hydraulic oil flows forward, the built‑in check‑valve ball is pressed closed, all fluid must pass through adjustable throttle gap to realize speed regulation. When oil flows backward for return stroke, oil pressure lifts the check‑valve ball off the seat; hydraulic oil flows through large‑diameter passage without throttling restriction to achieve quick return motion. If throttle edge gets scratched or check‑valve sealing surface is worn, internal leakage will occur, causing flow disorder and degrading working efficiency of hydraulic system.
