Product Overview

E320D Series Foot Pedal is a hydraulic pilot foot control valve, a key Hydraulic valve specially designed for Caterpillar E320D excavator. It acts as the foot control component of the excavator’s hydraulic system, controlling travel and auxiliary actions of the Machine by foot operation. Common OEM part numbers: 369-8502, 369-8503, 561-7001. This foot pedal converts foot force into pilot hydraulic signal to drive the main control valve, realizing forward, backward, turning and breaker operation of the excavator. It adopts double-pedal integrated structure, stable pilot pressure output, well-matched with Cat E320D hydraulic circuit.

Working Principle

When stepping on the E320D Series Foot Pedal, the pedal pushes the internal spool of the Hydraulic valve, opening the pilot oil passage of the hydraulic system. The pilot pressure oil is transmitted to the main control valve of the Machine, pushing the spool of main valve to shift, so as to control the flow direction of high-pressure hydraulic oil and drive travel motor or auxiliary working device. Release the pedal, the internal spring resets the spool, cuts off pilot oil, and the corresponding action stops. The stepping stroke can adjust pilot pressure to realize stepless speed regulation.
