Product Overview
4WRZ/4WRZE High-Flow Proportional Control Proportional Directional Valves is a two-stage pilot operated Hydraulic valve, specially designed for high flow and high precision control. As a key control component of the hydraulic system, it can continuously adjust the flow rate and direction of hydraulic oil to accurately control the speed, position and force of the actuator on the Machine.
4WRZ model matches external amplifier, while 4WRZE is equipped with integrated on-board electronics (OBE). Plate mounting complies with ISO4401 standard, available in NG10, NG16, NG25, NG32 sizes. It adopts spring-centered main spool, optional manual override. Suitable for heavy-duty industrial hydraulic equipment requiring large flow output.

Working Principle
The controller sends analog signal to the proportional solenoid of this Hydraulic valve. The pilot stage converts electrical signal into pilot pressure to push the main spool. The displacement of main spool changes proportionally with input signal, so the opening size and oil flow direction of the valve port are adjusted. It realizes stepless regulation of speed and action direction for hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor on the Machine. When the control signal disappears, the centering spring pushes the main spool back to neutral position, cutting off the oil circuit of the hydraulic system.
