Product Overview
4WREE/4WRTE/4WRDE series are high-precision closed-loop proportional directional Hydraulic valve equipped with LVDT spool position sensor, serving as the core control unit of advanced hydraulic system for high-end Machine.
- 4WREE: Direct operated, closed-loop position feedback, compact size for medium-precision applications.
- 4WRTE: Pilot operated, high dynamic response, integrated electronics, closed-loop spool feedback for medium & high flow.
- 4WRDE: High-performance two-stage proportional valve, ultra-high precision and fast response, designed for heavy-duty high-flow closed-loop control.
All three models adopt integrated on-board electronics (OBE). The built-in position sensor continuously detects the actual spool displacement and feeds back signals to the controller to form closed-loop correction, eliminating errors caused by flow force, pressure fluctuation and temperature change. Plate mounting conforms to ISO4401 standard, widely used for high precision position, speed and force control of hydraulic actuators on industrial Machine.

Working Principle
The host controller sends setpoint signal to the integrated amplifier of this Hydraulic valve. The LVDT position sensor measures real spool position and feeds data back to the built-in electronic module. The controller compares target value and actual position, automatically compensates deviation to adjust the proportional solenoid output. The spool opening and oil flow direction are precisely regulated, achieving accurate control of cylinder position, speed and output force in the hydraulic system. Even under changing load conditions, the valve maintains stable control performance for the Machine. When the control signal is removed, the centering spring resets the spool to neutral position.
