Product Overview
4WRKE / 4WRLE series are high-response two-stage pilot-operated proportional directional Hydraulic valve, designed for high dynamic closed-loop control. As a core control component of the hydraulic system, it precisely controls flow rate and oil direction to regulate the motion, speed and position of actuators on heavy-duty Machine.
Both models adopt main spool LVDT position feedback and integrated on-board electronics (OBE).
- 4WRKE: High-performance proportional valve, excellent stability, for high-flow heavy machinery closed-loop control.
- 4WRLE: Ultra high-response version, faster dynamic response, suitable for applications requiring rapid action switching.
The valve body follows ISO4401 subplate mounting standard, available in NG10, NG16, NG25, NG27, NG32, NG35 sizes. The two-stage pilot structure enables large flow output while maintaining high control precision, resisting disturbance from flow force and pressure fluctuation.

Working Principle
The controller sends analog setpoint signal to the integrated amplifier of this Hydraulic valve. The pilot stage converts electric signal into pilot pressure to drive the main spool. Built-in LVDT sensor continuously detects actual spool position and feeds back data to the electronic module, forming closed-loop correction. The spool opening adjusts proportionally according to input signal, changing flow and direction of hydraulic oil inside the hydraulic system. It achieves fast, precise stepless control of hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor movement on the Machine. When the control signal disappears, centering spring resets main spool to neutral position.
