Product Overview

DBET Direct-Acting Proportional Pressure Valve is a compact direct-operated Hydraulic valve, used to continuously adjust the pressure level inside the hydraulic system of the Machine. It converts electrical control signals into proportional hydraulic pressure output, enabling stepless pressure regulation. Equipped with integrated on-board electronics (OBE), this valve features small size and quick response. It is commonly used for pressure limitation, pressure reduction and pressure holding in hydraulic circuits, widely adopted in injection molding machines, hydraulic test benches, small hydraulic power units and other industrial equipment.

Working Principle

The controller transmits analog signal to the proportional solenoid of this Hydraulic valve. The electromagnetic force generated by the solenoid acts on the valve spool, balancing against hydraulic pressure. The output pressure of the hydraulic system changes proportionally with the input electric signal. By modifying the signal value, operators can continuously set target pressure for the Machine. When the hydraulic pressure exceeds the set value, the valve opens to release excess oil and maintain stable system pressure.
