Product Overview

EBG Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Relief Valve is a high-performance Hydraulic valve, adopting pilot-operated structure, widely used to control the pressure of hydraulic system. It adjusts the system pressure proportionally according to the input electric signal, realizing stepless remote pressure regulation for the Machine. This series is the Yuken proportional pressure control valve, including EBG-03, EBG-06, EBG-10 three main models, needs to match the dedicated proportional amplifier for normal operation .

Working Principle

As a pilot type proportional Hydraulic valve, it consists of a small proportional pilot relief valve and low-noise main relief valve. The proportional solenoid receives the electric signal from amplifier and generates electromagnetic force proportional to the signal. The electromagnetic force pushes the pilot spool, changes pilot pressure, then controls the main spool opening. Excess hydraulic oil will overflow back to tank to maintain target pressure of the hydraulic system. The pressure setting can be changed remotely to adapt variable load requirements of the Machine.
