3DREME Pilot-Operated Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve

3DREME is a pilot-operated 3-way proportional pressure reducing valve, a high-performance Hydraulic valve equipped with integrated amplifier electronics. It converts analog electrical command signals into continuously adjustable output pressure for the hydraulic system. Compared with direct acting valves like 3DREPE, this pilot-controlled design supports much higher flow rates and larger working pressure, making it suitable for heavy-duty Machine hydraulic circuits. It adopts ISO standard subplate mounting, with optional internal or external pilot oil supply modes.

Working Principle

This pilot-operated Hydraulic valve consists of a pilot control section and a main valve section. When the electrical signal is sent to the integrated amplifier, the proportional solenoid adjusts the pilot pressure. The pilot pressure acts on the main spool, overcoming spring force to control the opening between P port and A port. The output pressure at A port feeds back to form force balance, so the output pressure of the hydraulic system is proportional to the input electric signal. When the pressure at A port exceeds the set value, the valve will perform pressure relief protection. Once power fails, the main spool returns to the middle position, cutting off P-A passage and preventing sudden pressure surge for the Machine.
