Product Overview

EFBG-03 is an energy-saving electro-hydraulic proportional pressure & flow control Hydraulic valve, originally designed by Yuken. It can independently regulate pressure and flow of the hydraulic system via two separate electrical signals. Built-in temperature compensation ensures stable flow output regardless of oil temperature fluctuations. This subplate-mounted valve is widely adopted for medium & small size Machine hydraulic circuits requiring precise speed and pressure control. It features inlet throttling control and automatically tracks load pressure to maintain minimal pressure difference, reducing power consumption and heat generation.

Working Principle

This multi-function Hydraulic valve integrates proportional flow control and proportional pressure relief function. Two proportional solenoids receive analog electrical signals respectively. One signal sets target flow, adjusting the throttle opening to control the flow delivered into the hydraulic system. The other signal sets maximum system pressure. The valve continuously follows load pressure and keeps low differential pressure, only supplying the minimal required pressure and flow for the Machine actuator. Thanks to temperature compensation structure, flow stays stable when hydraulic oil viscosity changes with temperature.
