ADE DIN-Rail Proportional Amplifier Card

ADE provides cabinet-mounted control functions. It is suitable for control requirements of proportional pressure, flow, and pressure-reducing valve without electrical displacement feedback. The adjustable minimum and maximum current settings help to tune the amplifier for the selected proportional solenoid. Supply voltage, control signal, coil rating, model-specific output limits, and wiring should also be confirmed before selection. The configurable ramp settings can achieve smoother machine acceleration and deceleration.

Different from the plug-mounted ADF series, ADE is installed on the DIN rail in the control cabinet. This cabinet-mounted format concentrates wiring and makes the amplifier easier to maintain. In this way, centralized wiring can be realized, and it is easier to maintain in the electrical cabinet. The 01 and 02 configurations support single- or dual-solenoid control. Communication and software settings vary according to different series designs.
