Product Overview

A11V (A11VO / A11VLO) is swashplate variable displacement axial piston pump designed for open-circuit hydraulic system. It converts mechanical power into hydraulic power and acts as the main power source for heavy-duty mobile Machine. A11V series features high power density, robust structure and flexible control modes, widely adopted as main hydraulic pump for construction and mining machinery. A11VLO variant comes with built-in charge pump for better self-priming performance.

Working Principle

When the drive shaft rotates, cylinder block and pistons revolve together. Pistons slide on the swashplate via slippers and perform reciprocating axial movement. Oil suction happens when pistons retract; oil discharge occurs when pistons compress. By adjusting the swashplate tilt angle, piston stroke changes continuously, so displacement and output flow can be infinitely adjusted to match varying load demand of the hydraulic system.
