Product Overview

AR Axial Piston Pumps (YUKEN AR series) is a swashplate type variable displacement axial piston pump, designed for medium pressure compact hydraulic system. It converts rotary mechanical power into hydraulic energy, serving as the compact power source for small and medium industrial Machine. Famous for lightweight, small footprint and low noise, this pump adopts pressure compensator control, automatically adjusting output flow to stabilize system pressure. It is widely used in machine tools, plastic machinery and small hydraulic power units.

Working Principle

Driven by the motor, the shaft drives cylinder block and piston assembly to rotate. Pistons slide on the inclined swashplate and generate reciprocating axial movement to finish oil suction and oil discharge. When system pressure rises to the preset value, the pressure compensator acts to reduce swashplate tilt angle, lower pump displacement and cut flow, maintaining constant pressure for the hydraulic system. If system pressure drops, the swashplate angle increases automatically to recover output flow.
