Product Overview

A2FO Bent Axis Pumps is fixed displacement bent-axis axial piston pump for open-circuit hydraulic system. It converts rotary mechanical power into high-pressure hydraulic power and serves as a reliable high-power source for heavy-duty Machine. Unlike swashplate pumps, A2FO adopts bent-axis structure with tapered pistons. It features outstanding efficiency, high power density and robust bearing system. This fixed pump delivers flow proportional to rotating speed, widely used in mobile and industrial hydrostatic transmission. A2FO is pump version, while A2FM is the matching bent-axis motor.

Working Principle

The drive shaft and cylinder block are arranged at a fixed tilt angle (bent-axis design). When the shaft rotates, tapered pistons revolve together with cylinder block. Pistons reciprocate along the cylinder bore, realizing oil suction and oil discharge. Since the tilt angle is fixed, displacement keeps constant. The pump output flow only changes with driving speed. Spherical valve plate achieves self-centering, reducing friction and improving volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic system.
