A2F Bent Axis Pumps is fixed displacement bent-axis axial piston unit, it can work either as pump or hydraulic motor, suitable for both open and closed hydraulic circuit. Working Principle
The drive shaft and cylinder block are arranged at a fixed bent angle. When the drive shaft rotates, tapered pistons rotate together with cylinder block and perform reciprocating axial movement inside cylinder bores. Volume expansion creates oil suction; volume compression realizes high-pressure oil discharge. Since the tilt angle is fixed, displacement remains constant. The output flow is proportional to rotating speed. The spherical distribution plate achieves self-centering, reduces friction loss and improves volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic system. When used as a motor, high-pressure oil pushes pistons to generate torque and drive the shaft rotation.
