The Guoyue 3-Stage Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinder is designed for applications requiring a long extension stroke within a compact retracted structure.

Featuring a total stroke of 2595mm, a rated working pressure of 16MPa, and a specified thrust capacity of 10 tons, this custom hydraulic cylinder provides a practical solution for industrial lifting and linear motion applications.

The cylinder features precision-machined 27SiMn steel barrels and sleeves, quenched and tempered 45 steel piston rod components, and hard chrome-plated working surfaces for improved wear and corrosion resistance.

Designed for operation with ISO VG 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil under normal ambient temperature conditions, the cylinder can be customized according to equipment dimensions, mounting requirements, and operating conditions.

1. Three-Stage Telescopic Construction

Three telescopic stages provide a combined extension stroke of 2595mm while maintaining a compact retracted configuration.

The cylinder barrels and sleeves are manufactured from 27SiMn steel with a specified hardness of HB250–280. Piston rod components use quenched and tempered 45 steel with a specified hardness of HB220–250.

3. Wear-Resistant Chrome Plating

The specified chrome-plated surfaces feature a coating thickness of 0.03–0.05mm and hardness of HV850–1100, helping reduce surface wear during operation.

4. Pressure Testing

The hydraulic cylinder has a rated working pressure of 16MPa and a specified test pressure of 24MPa. Factory pressure testing can be documented in accordance with agreed inspection requirements.

5. Corrosion Resistance

The specified surface treatment includes a 102-hour neutral salt spray test with a required corrosion rating of Grade 10, according to the agreed test and evaluation criteria.
