150mm Cable Shearing Machine

The MARSHINE 150mm Cable Shearing Machine is an electric-hydraulic shearing hardware the company that is capable of processing heavy duty copper, aluminum and armored cable in workshops and on the road, and this electric cable shear machine offer unlimited cut power due to battery life. Supplied by a direct 220v mains power source, this plug in cable cutter tool has a stable hydraulic output for a prolonged period of high-volume cutting operations. Equipped with a heat treated alloy steel open jaw, this hydraulic cable cutter easy to close around large diameter cables without need to run cable ends through small jaws. Oil return heavy duty electric cable cutting machine with manual oil-return valve and with integrated thermal dissipation system for the electric cable cutting machine are safety from motor overheat during long-hour working. Designed with two auxiliary support handles to ensure a firm two-hand operation, this electric cable shear machine is excellent in reducing the user’s fatigue when cutting thick armour cable.

The electric cable shear with corded is capable of providing a maximum hydraulic cutting force of 250 kN and the cable outer size can be up to 150 mm.

It is also capable of cutting multi core armoured power cable or large diameter copper aluminium composite cable.

The whole tool has a net weight of 16.2lbs and the power cord is integrated for direct connection to mains at work.

Open jaw heavy duty design makes it easier to work in tight installation pits or crowded cabinet spaces.

Internal hydraulic parts are sealed to prevent oil leakage in high, heavy load application.

Heat treated cutting blades remain sharp after numerous cutting cycles and can be replaced individually when they become dull.

The whole MARSHINE Plug In Cable Cutting Tool system is housed in a reinforced hard case to allow for safe transportation and storage on site.

The powered cable shear for 150 mm was designed for high volumes of cable preparation for new power distribution cabinets in a different way.

The MARSHINE Corded Electric Cable Shear is the perfect tool for heavy armored cable on underground utility upgrades.

Being mains powered, the plug in tool can also be used for multiple cuts in a row in cable processing workshops.

On construction sites, the electric cable cutting machine enables teams to rest length cables for emergency power system repairs.

And its clean cuts leave no burrs on the cable ends to be reworked by electrical fabrication crews.

By increasing the speed of cable preparation, the shear enables industrial teams to process more large diameter power cable per day.
