Product Description
FMC Dual-Displacement Piston Motors
FMC Dual-Displacement Piston Motor is a heavy-duty radial Hydraulic piston motor, also recognized as a versatile hydraulic motor. As the key rotary actuator of the hydraulic system, it converts hydraulic pressure energy into mechanical torque to drive various heavy-duty Machine. This Hydraulic piston motor adopts hydrostatic balanced distribution structure, featuring two preset displacement modes. Users can switch between high torque low-speed mode and low torque high-speed mode manually or remotely according to working requirements. It cooperates with hydraulic pump to deliver adjustable rotary power for the hydraulic system. We also provide complete overhaul repair kits and matching spare parts for maintenance of this hydraulic motor.
Key Features
✅ Hydrostatic balance oil distribution design, high volumetric efficiency and strong starting torque. The hydraulic motor runs smoothly at low speed without crawling, maintaining stable performance of the whole hydraulic system under alternating heavy and light loads.
✅ Dual-displacement switching function. High displacement for large torque in heavy-duty operation; low displacement for high speed during no-load traveling, greatly improving working efficiency of the Machine.
✅ Robust cast iron housing, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, adaptable to long continuous operation of engineering Machine in dusty and harsh working sites.
✅ Multiple displacement ranges and installation configurations available. Simple hydraulic control for displacement switching, easy integration into existing hydraulic system.
✅ Strict pressure and leakage inspection before shipment. Original replacement and domestic alternative versions available, supporting customized specifications.
Application
This Hydraulic piston motor serves as core drive component for many kinds of heavy-duty Machine. Widely applied in hydraulic winches, crawler travel drives, mining machinery, marine deck equipment, metallurgical machinery and drilling rigs. Within the hydraulic system, the hydraulic motor receives pressurized oil flow from hydraulic pump. It switches torque and speed freely to satisfy the dual demands of heavy load working and fast empty travel of the Machine.
