This product is a new generation of greenhouse covering material with high performance, long lifespan and multiple functions. Core Performance
1. Exceptionally high insulation performance
Zhixin Company employs advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology (up to 7 layers), with an intermediate layer forming an efficient infrared-blocking layer, similar to a "thermal insulation underwear" in a greenhouse, providing better heat retention. This layer blocks the efficient reflection of infrared radiation from the inside outwards, preventing heat loss. During the night, the insulation capacity is 2-3℃ higher than the outside, effectively preventing night-time cold damage, stabilizing the temperature difference between day and night, and promoting nutrient accumulation.
Structure: Multi-layer co-extrusion structure (5 layers / 7 layers), with an intermediate layer forming an efficient air-blocking layer, similar to a "thermal insulation underwear" in a greenhouse, providing better heat retention.
2. Lifelong long-lasting drip and fog removal within the warranty period
Drip function: The inner layer uses a nanoscale drip coating to reduce surface tension, preventing condensation water from forming droplets on the membrane surface but instead forming a uniform water film that slides down the membrane wall.
Fog removal function: The formula contains a long-lasting fog remover to inhibit the generation of fog inside the greenhouse, maintaining high transparency and air circulation inside.
The drip and fog removal period is synchronized with the membrane's service life (3-5 years).
3. Exceptionally strong UV resistance and aging resistance
Strong UV resistance. The outer layer is added with efficient UV absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), effectively resisting UV damage.
Long service life. Combined with efficient antioxidants, it inhibits high-molecular degradation, with outdoor service life up to 3-5 years, which is 2-4 times that of ordinary PE membranes.
Strong mechanical properties. Using high-quality metallocene polyethylene (mPE) raw materials, the tensile strength is ≥ 30 MPa, with excellent resistance to wind, snow pressure, puncture resistance, and no easy damage.
