Rock Wool Board With Color Steel Structure:

1) Upper and lower surface: galvanized color steel plate with thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. According to the specific requirements of customers, aluminum zinc color steel or galvanized steel can also be used. The steel plate is first rolled by the forming machine and then compounded with the rock wool factory.

2) Rock wool core material: 120kg/mm³ rock wool block is staggered, and its fiber direction is perpendicular to the upper and lower surface of the sandwich board, and closely connects to enrich the whole longitudinal and horizontal surfaces of the sandwich plate. The whole is formed by pasting between rock wool block and rock wool and upper and lower steel plates by high strength foaming agent. Excellent production technology ensures that the high density rock wool heat insulation body can produce strong adhesion between the inner wall of metal plate, so that the rock wool sandwich plate has good rigidity.

The self tapping screw is set at the wave crest position of the upper surface of the roof plate, and the special waterproof structure is adopted to avoid the waterproof weakness. 4. Short installation cycle: because there is no need for secondary processing on site, the rock wool sandwich board can not only keep the surrounding environment clean and tidy, not affect the normal operation of other processes, but also greatly shorten the installation cycle of the board. The daily average installation area of the rock wool sandwich board is 600 ~ 800 m². 5. Scratch protection: during the production of rock wool sandwich board, polyethylene self-adhesive protective film can be pasted on the surface to avoid scratch or wear of steel plate surface coating during transportation and installation.
