Workshop Fitting Fusion Welding Machine

Producing polyethylene fittings requires different butt welding equipment and machinery for manufacturing the polyethylene fittings and also the operators of the welding machines need to be trained and skilled in manufacturing of all kinds of polyethylene fittings. Firstly polyethylene pipe saws are necessary in worksop to offer a high quality and precise angle cutting, the angle on the sides would be consistent and accurate enough. After cutting the polyethylene pipe, the manufacturing process gets to its critical point, the cropped pieces have to be put in multi-angle fitting fabrication welding machines , the hdpe fitting welder has to be compatible with the pipe diameter and the fitting type to be manufactured and also that the polyethylene pipe size and working pressure would not exceed the capacity of welding machine, dies and jaws of the machine. 1.Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60° ) fittings of PE,PP,PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting , make integrated fitting and weld straight pipe and fitting and so on.
2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate.
4. Milling plate movement adopts safety switch control to avoid unexpected start.
5. Heating plate and milling plate adopt liner movement structure .
6. Low Starting pressure and high reliable seal structure
7. Separate two-channel timer shows time in soaking and cooling phases. When timing is over, it alarms and convenient for users
8. Reliable performance ,easy control.
