Product introduction

Oriented to the customer market, our company successfully developed and manufactured warehouse stacker, which can effectively ensure the safety of operators, reduce manpower allocation and save warehouse space. 

PRODUCT DETAILS:

Three systems:

(1)Crane system: positioning system, anti-swing system, HMI of human-machine interaction, remote control of crane, setting of wireless network, background server and crane body control, etc.

(2)Warehouse management system: WCS management and WMS management, code scanning device, warehouse management system software, video monitoring system, wireless and wired network system, production docking MES interface.

(3)Safety and warning system of the warehouse: safety management of the working area of the crane, ground sidewalk and vehicle passage and indicator lights, alarms and safety barriers of these safety managements.

Save power and improve efficiency:

(1)The hanging stacker is mainly used together with the rack. It is convenient to move in the process of use, which can save power and save the occupied area of the stacker.

The automatic stereoscopic warehouse stacker brings great convenience to the logistics transportation industry and the large-scale storage industry. The stacker can not only improve the efficiency, but also reduce the damage rate of materials. What’s more, the stacker can protect the surface of material to the maximum extent during the working process.
