Neodymium Arc magnet
Arc magnets are mainly used as motor magnets and generator magnets; also as pump magnets, sensor magnets and automobile motor magnets. When tile magnets are used as motor magnets, they can be arranged in a circular pattern with alternating north and south poles. The Arc-shaped motor magnet must work seamlessly with your entire motor or generator, including the silicon steel sheet, the number of poles required, the size of the wire, and the surrounding components. Choosing the right magnet will ensure the most efficient operation of your motor or pump and provide the required torque, speed and output. The Arc-shaped magnet used in the pump (fluid treatment) needs to achieve the expected coupling effect in the specified air gap. The liquid delivered by the pump will determine the coupling required. The Arc-shaped magnet coating will be a key factor.

Has a variety of conventional Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, black epoxy coating. after plating, has a good rust, corrosion resistance.
Corrosion resistance: black epoxy> Ni-Cu-Ni > Zn
Packing&Delivery
a. Plastic separation will be put between strong and big pot magnets, then customer could be easily separate.
b. Batch magnets will be put in small white box.
c. 8 white boxes will be put in carton size 34x26x20cm.Foam form will be put between white boxes to avoid broken during shipment.
d.If by express or by air shipment,put iron sheet between foam form and external carton to shield the magnetic field.
e. More than 10 cartons will be packed to pallet, specially for shipment by sea.

(1)Express:We cooperate with courier company such as DHL,TNT,Fedex for many years,and signed agreement with them to get big discount from them. For order below 45kgs,we usually suggest customer choose courier delivery door to door.
(2)Air shippment is suitable for order more than 45kgs.
(3)Sea shippment is suitable for goods more than 100 kgs.
