Design description:
SRD is a double-lip metal skeleton dust seal. It is formed by firmly bonding a polyurethane dust lip to a metal skeleton that has undergone nitriding rust prevention treatment. After precise trimming, the polyurethane dust lip can collect the medium passing through the piston rod seal, and the specially designed dust lip can improve the sealing performance of the rod.
The dust-proof lip made of polyurethane material can move laterally along with the piston rod, effectively scraping away severe sediment pollutants. It is an ideal choice for high-pollution conditions and can enhance the service life of the sealing system.
