Q: How many pieces hair for one head?
1)Normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head, at most 5 bundles
2)You can always use the leftover hair later, if you are using hair over 18"long you might need another bundle.
Q: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
Q: Can i wash blow-dry the hair extension?
1)You can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner
2)Use a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions
3)The extensions can be blow-dyed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often
4)Let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
Q. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Most of the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want, except #613,but you need to do it professionally to get exact color without damage the hair. Human Hair will dry easily after leaving the donor,therefore pls do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.
Q: Does the hair have smell?
Factory wash the hair with shampoo and hair conditioner,usually there will be no smell, or just smell of shampoo. And we also put some oil on the hair before shipment to protect the hair form drying during shipping. When you open the hair package firstly, maybe there is a little smell, but no worries,just wash it using the shampoo and conditioner wash it, it will be gone.
Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: Human hair has natural protein it is easy to tell by burning and smell: When burning the human hair will show white smoke, while synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. but it is normal and not a quality problem.
Q.Why does the hair shed or tangle?
New hair will have few strands initial shedding which is normal. Excessive shedding & tangle may come from:
a. poor weft construction
b. weft cutting
c. dry hair
* The dryness problems will lead tangle and shed, please follow our hair care instruction and do conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week!
