Plastic Bucket Surface Treatment Flame Treatment Machine

It is mainly designed for flame treatment of plastic buckets such as PP&PE before screen printing. The aim is to remove dust and increase the adhesion of ink.

The whole printing process needs flame treating machine, silk screen printing machine, UV curing machine, but all can be replaced by fully automatic printing machines. 

Technical Features:

1 The rotation of the buckets and the conveying structure are stable.
2 The imported speed-adjusting electron-motor is employed during the conveying. Furthermore, the high-quality spray-system is installed.
3 The intermittent conveyor is adopted and the time for stopping can be controlled. 

4 Two flame hardener units applied with electronic ignition are also employed.
