2) Q: What's the lead time of mini pumps and solenoid valves?

     A:  30-35 working days

3) Q: What does normally open valve mean?

     A: Normally open air valve means that the valve is open when power off. On the contrary, we also have normally closed air valve, it's 

        closed when no power input.

4) Q: How to choose a suitable valve?

     A: Firstly, according to you required valve function, you can confirm what you need is solenoid air valve or solenoid water valve.

         Secondly, for air valve, choose 1-way /2-way /3-way or multi-unit solenoid air valve based on you design connection method and 

          function. For 1-way/2-way air valve, it will be better if you can confirm normally open or normally closed air valve type. For water 

          valve, just to choose 2-way normally closed water valve or 3-way water valve with 1-in & 2-out switching function.

          Finally, please provide you required valve parameters, such as voltage, pressure, leakage standard, flow rate and lifetime. If you 

          prefer to silent air valve, please also remark it.
