Product Characteristic

1.Structure: Columns are fixed on both sides of bed. Beam is fixed on the both columns. Ram type spindle (milling head and boring head ) is installed on beam. They are formed a gantry frame type structure with high thermal symmetry.
2.Utilizes Taiwan famous brand high speed spindle unit(6000rpm),max speed 3000rpm,suitable for heavy cutting with low speed.
3.X and Y axes utilize heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail with features of large loading capacity and high precision of CNC Machine Tools.
4.Balanced cylinders on both sides of the ram, Z- axis fast response speed.
5.It can match with CNC Vertical Machining Center or Vertcial Milling Machine to realize more NC machining functions for special parts.
6.It's one of CNC Machine Tools that mainly to machine heavy loading workpieces.
