Underwater Pelletizing System

Underwater pelletizing extrusion line is composed by co-rotating twin screw extruder, die head, underwater pelletizing system, silo.  It is widely used in plastic compounding. Detailed application as bellow:

• Extensive heat and mass transfer, narrow residence time distribution, large surface to volume ratio, continuous operation Idea for high viscosity, high temperature reaction systems.
• Continuous polymerization or reactive extrusion like dynamic vulcanization, crosslinking, grafting, and chain extension of PUR, PA, POM, PEI, PC, PMMA, PBT, PPS, etc

• Main motor uese the famous brands (Siemens/WN/WEG).
• Gearbox from the well-known domestic manufacturers (GuoMao/JiangYing/ShuGuang).
• Main extruder and haul-off machine use the imported invesor (ABB/Yaskawa). 
• Electrical components are all imported brands (Simens/Schneider)
• PLC is optional for control system (Simens/Delta/Fatek)
• Modular screw barrel structure, it could be adjusted according to different plastic material.
