inks and coatings.

coatings. They are also often used in the production of cosmetics, such as nail polish, to give them a matte finish.
When choosing a matting agent for inks, it's important to consider factors such as the desired level of gloss reduction, the

type of ink or coating being used, and the application method. The matting agent should be compatible with the other 

components of the ink or coating and should not adversely affect its other properties, such as adhesion, durability, and 

resistance to wear and tear.
