CLOSED SUCTION CATHETER-1

1.  All components should be universally in term of sizes compatible with the main-stream ventilator on the market. We manufacture closed suction system with these component sizes are in line with international standards to ensure its maximally compatibility.

2.  One of the most important functions of the closed suction set is that reducing the cross contaminations, so the protective sleeve outside should be flexible and strong enough to do its job. PE is widely known for above mentioned characteristics, and we adopt this material to improve the quality, although the PE is much more expensive than other commonly used materials

3. The ability to create a completely enclosed space in usage, that means all components should be assembled tightly and properly, especially for the 72 hours version. While we have these closed suction catheters 100% inspected before the shipment to make sure it can keep 72 hours of sterile condition.

4.  Different lengths for different applications, normally 60cm is for tracheal application and 30cm is for tracheostomy applications. We manufacture closes suction tracheal and closed suction tracheostomy, and they are easily classified with different packages.

5.  The control valve of closed suction set plays a key role in treatment process, which must be easier for operation and preventable for mishandling, while our valve has its unique designs: in “lock position” to effectively prevent the mishandling while in “unlock position” to provide suction force easily.
