This industrial manual chain hoist for material handling is a dependable manual chain hoist for sites that have no stable power supply and can provides stable performance for future light to medium cargo lifting using days. With symmetrical two-stage spur gear drive components, this MARSHINE Manual Chain Block enables smooth chain movement and balances the load pressure to prolong the service life. The precision machined gear train makes it a rugged mechanical chain hoist without abrupt seizure while lifting and lowering repeatedly. With its heavy gauge stamped steel construction and reinforced load hooks, this heavy duty chain hoist can endure the certified proof loads without any frame deformation or hook bending.

The chain block makes for the regular overhead hoist work with a designated capacity of one ton along with a standard lifting height of 2.5m.

Its experimental test load rating is 1.25T which should provide for ample safety margin in case of unexpected overload.

The top suspension hook to down load hook the vertical height is 270 mm, this enables the operators to install the unit in restricted space of installation with low workshop ceiling.

The MARSHINE Mechanical Chain Hoist operates on a single row of lifting chain with 6 mm chain diameter, each link being heat treated to protect them from wear and fatigue failures caused heavy application.
