This battery hydraulic stainless steel pipe crimper is suitable for stainless steel and composite pipes crimping in plumbing, HVAC and industrial piping fields, basically it can output stable crimping force automatically without pumping manually. The MARSHINE Battery Hydraulic Pipe Crimper is designed with a open jaw features and can handle several types of TH crimping dies allowing you to carry different dies to the job sites for crimping different types of pipes. This hydraulic pipe crimper is equipped with an advanced pressure sensing valve which makes the piston move automatically after crimping so-called that it protect the pipe walls against being disfigure and resulting in joints leakage. Hydraulic pipe crimper is powered by 18V 5Ah rechargeable lithium ion battery, which allow it to be used in the place without electric power.

This battery powered hydraulic pipe crimper with a piston stroke of 17 mm can be used for pipes with diameters of 16, 20, 26 and 32 mm and the crimping force reaches 60KN.

The MARSHINE 18V Hydraulic Pipe Crimper is able to complete 200 crimp cycles on 20mm aluminum-plastic tubes using one 5.0-Ah battery before needing a recharge, enabling workers to get a lot of field work done without worrying about battery life.

The whole unit only weighs 4.0 kg with the battery, so that to make sure it is light enough for one man operation at a time working overhead or in confined space environment.
